A cozy and democratic restaurant in the center of Minsk attracts guests by the tasty dishes of Slavonic cuisine, homelike atmosphere and Byelorussian hospitality.
The restaurant insides represents the style of Byelorussian earth-wall houses with white walls, traditional ornament, floor of rough lumber, wooden tables and chairs. The atmosphere of warmth and coziness is created by other details as well — genuine old things, photographs, national music instruments. The “village” tint is created by the carriage with a salad-bar and grill with real coals.
But the principal thing in “Pechki-Lavochki” is, without doubt, a wonderful home cuisine. Draniki (potato pancakes), coulibiacs (pies with meat or fish), chicken rolls with dried plums and apricots, stuffed collars of brawn, aspics, pancakes and flapjacks, various grilled and casseroled food — all that will be enthusiastically cooked for you by our chef.
Guests greatly enjoy “Samobranka” — salad-bar with pickled goods, fresh vegetables, a hot potato, stewed cabbage, pickled mushrooms and aspic. All these wonders of culinary art will seem even more tasty should you have a jug of fresh beer from the wood or a sneezer of signature liqueur. You will have to choose among “Shlyaromny shagren”, “Spotykach”, “Medovy napoj” and many others.
“Pechki-Lavochki” is one of the few Minsk restaurants where you can have breakfast. Every day from 8 a.m. till 12 p.m. we offer a special morning menu.
